  • Crindle Bespoke – Terms and conditions

    These Terms & Conditions apply to all Crindle Bespoke experiences, activities and services. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following.

    1. Booking & Contract

    All bookings must be made by a person aged 18 or over.

    Bookings can be made by:

    Once a booking is confirmed verbally or in writing, a contract is formed between the guest and Crindle Bespoke (CB). By making a booking, the lead guest confirms that all members of their party agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

    2. Payment & Confirmation

    All prices are listed in GBP (£).

    To secure your booking, payment must be made using one of the following options:

    Option 1: 100% of the total amount paid at the time of booking

    Option 2: 50% deposit paid at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled experience

    All experiences must be fully paid and fully confirmed at least 14 days before the scheduled date. This applies to all bookings, including:

    • Individual guests

    • Tour operators

    • Travel agents

    • Cruise lines

    • DMCs and trade partners

    Payment can be made via:

    • Online booking engine

    • Bank transfer

    • Wise

    • Cash

    A surcharge of 3% will apply to all card transactions to cover transaction fees.

    3. Weight Limit

    Our maximum weight limit is 16 stone (224lbs / 102kg).

    If you are over this limit, please contact us in advance with your height, weight and riding ability, and we will see if we have a suitable horse available.

    This limit is in place for the safety and wellbeing of our horses. Crindle Bespoke reserves the right to re-weigh guests prior to mounting if deemed necessary.

    4. Clothing & Footwear

    Guests must wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor activities.

    • Closed-toe shoes are required

    • Clothing should allow you to walk on uneven surfaces

    • Dress appropriately for Irish weather

    There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing. Where possible, we can provide coats or additional layers, but guests are expected to arrive dressed for outdoor conditions.

    5. Medical, Dietary & Personal Information

    All guests are required to complete our forms on arrival.

    However, if you have any medical conditions, injuries, mobility concerns, allergies, food intolerances or any other relevant personal information, we ask that you inform us in advance of your experience.

    Guests must disclose any relevant information, including but not limited to:

    • Medical conditions

    • Recent injuries or surgery

    • Pregnancy

    • Mobility issues

    • Allergies

    • Food intolerances

    This information allows us to tailor your experience safely and comfortably. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in your experience being altered or cancelled without refund.

    6. Ages

    Crindle Bespoke experiences do not have a minimum age. Each booking is assessed on a case-by-case basis, with safety and suitability always being our priority.

    7. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

    If you are running late, you must contact us as soon as possible.

    We are known for our flexibility and will always try to accommodate changes where we can. However:

    • Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience

    • No-shows without contact will not be refunded

    Communication is key. If you let us know, we will always do our best to work around things.

    8. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    All purchases, lessons, activities and experiences are non-refundable.

    Rescheduling:

    • 28+ days’ written notice: One free reschedule, subject to availability

    • 7–28 days’ written notice: Reschedule allowed with a 15% surcharge

    • Under 7 days’ notice: Rescheduling only at Crindle Bespoke’s discretion and subject to availability, with a 20% surcharge

    Gift Vouchers:

    • Gift voucher bookings are non-refundable

    • One reschedule is permitted with 28+ days’ notice

    • Surcharges apply as above

    • Further cancellations will result in the loss of the voucher

    9. Alterations & Changes

    Occasionally, weather or other circumstances may require us to alter an experience.

    If this happens, guests will be offered:

    • A revised version of the experience of equal value, or

    • The option to reschedule

    As our experiences are bespoke, we may also suggest small timing adjustments if weather windows improve. We will always communicate openly with you.

    10. Weather & Force Majeure

    Ireland’s weather is unpredictable, and guests should expect changing conditions.

    Crindle Bespoke cannot offer refunds or compensation for cancellations or changes due to force majeure (acts of God), including but not limited to:

    • War or threat of war

    • Civil unrest

    • Industrial disputes

    • Lockdowns

    • Government actions

    • Terrorist activity

    • Natural or nuclear disaster

    • Fire

    • Flood

    • Severe or unsafe weather conditions

    11. Rider & Guest Responsibility

    All guests must sign a liability indemnity form prior to participation.

    Guests must provide honest and accurate information about their riding ability and personal circumstances.

    Crindle Bespoke reserves the right to:

    • Assess riding ability prior to departure

    • Exclude a guest from an activity if they are deemed unsafe

    • Refuse participation to anyone behaving in a way that risks themselves, others, staff or horses

    Where possible, we will attempt to offer an alternative, but this is not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

    Crindle Bespoke accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items or vehicles.

    12. Photography & Marketing

    On the day of your experience, we will ask for your consent regarding photography and videography.

    If you consent, images and footage may be used for Crindle Bespoke marketing and promotional purposes. Guests may opt out at any time.

It’s quite common for one partner to ride regularly while the other is new to it—whether it’s a bride and groom, or just two friends traveling together. Because it's a private experience, your ride is fully customised to you—so we’ll tailor the pace, route, and guidance to ensure everyone feels comfortable, confident, and enjoys the adventure.
