Guests should wear appropriate clothing and shoes. Shoes should be closed toe and allow you to walk / run over uneven surfaces. Should the adult be unable or unwilling to lead we can arrange a leader – please tip your helper as a thank you.

We would ask when booking to be aware of our weight limit which is 16 stone as the welfare of our horses are paramount. Please contact us directly as we may be able to manage the situation. Could we advise that the riders should wear the appropriate attire e.g. boots, comfortable clothing suitable for the outdoors.

Contract Terms & Conditions

1 - Booking

In order to make a booking the booking must be completed by the guest who must be over the age of 18.

This can be done by:

1.      Sending email 

2.      Complete a booking verbally over the telephone with us

3.      Complete a booking online through our website 

On completion of this the guest confirms that all members of the party agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this document. A contract will exist between the guest and Crindle Bespoke (CB) as soon as the verbal or written confirmation of an activity/lesson/experience is made.

2 - Payment by Customer

Payment is listed in GB sterling (£). In order to secure your booking full payment must be made. 

Payment can be made via

-    Booking engine connected to web site 

-    Bank transfer to CB or other electronic transfer

-    Via Wise,

-    Via cash

-    A surcharge of 3% will apply to all card transactions in order to cover the transaction fees

3 - Weight limit

Our maximum weight is 16 stone (224lbs/102kg)

If you are over limit then please let us know height, weight and riding ability and we will see if we have a horse that may be more suitable for you.

This limit is in place for the safety and well-being of our horses, if deemed necessary we reserve the right to ask riders to be reweighed before mounting
 

4 - Refund Policy

Guests that provide over 28 days written notice can be rescheduled with no additional fee if date requested in available.

Guests that provide 7 - 28 days written notice can be rescheduled with a 15% surcharge fee.

Under 7 days written notice for amending or rescheduling a booking will only be allowed at Crindle Bespokes’ discretion & availability a 20% surcharge will be applied.

Purchases / lessons / activities / experiences are non-refundable

In the case of bookings made using a gift voucher, no refunds may be given, one reschedule dictated by the client will be allowed if provided within 28 days. Surcharge as noted previously. Further cancellations will result in the loss of your voucher.

5- Alterations & Changes

Occasionally the weather or otherwise, may dictate CB making a slight change to an event or activity, in this instance guests will be informed and can choose to participate in an amended activity of the same value (for example an outdoor experience changes to a fun indoor session due to extremely poor weather) or reschedule for a future date.

6 - Force Majeure

CB regret that we cannot offer refunds or compensation in the event of cancellations or alterations as a result of force majeure (Namely and act of God). Force majeure is defined as war, threat of war riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, strike, lockdown, government action, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood & adverse weather conditions.

7 - Rider information and responsibility

Guests will be required to sign a liability indemnity (disclaimer) form prior to embarking on any experience, this will apply to be ridden and non-ridden aspects of the experience. Guests are required to disclose true and accurate information about their horse riding experience. Guests will be assessed of their riding ability prior to the departure of the experience. CB reserves the right to exclude a rider from an experience should the rider be deemed incapable of riding safely without risking themselves or another member of the group. CB will try to arrange an alternative for the guest but this is not guaranteed. CB also reserve the right to change advertised locations due to circumstances beyond control. We reserve the right to refuse riding or other activities to those who exhibit behaviour that is believed to result in risk to themselves, to others, to staff and also to the horses. No refund will be available for cancellation of the trip or excursion is required due to any of the above. CB accept no responsibility for any personal items or vehicles damaged or lost on site.

8 - Promotion & marketing material

By engaging CB to provide services, you consent to this of any photographic or video images from your experience with CB for promotional and marketing materials.
